  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then stored in the Operator’s systems

  • By saving cookies on end-user devices

 

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  • Login areas and places where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can be read only on the target server.

  • Personal data stored in the database is encrypted so that only the Operator, who holds the key, can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen.

  • User passwords are stored in hashed form. Hashing is one‑way — it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for password storage.

  • The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.

  • To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.

  • An important element of data protection is regular updates of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, especially programming components.

 

3. Hosting

The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on servers of the provider: lh.pl

To ensure technical reliability, the hosting provider maintains server‑level logs. These may include:

  • Resources identified by URL

  • Time of request

  • Time of response

  • Client station name (HTTP protocol)

  • Information about errors occurring during HTTP transactions

  • URL of the previously visited page (referrer), if the user entered the Service via a link

  • Browser information

  • IP address

  • Diagnostic information related to ordering services via forms

  • Information related to email handled by or sent from the Operator

 

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use

In certain situations, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill legal obligations. This applies to:

  • Authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to operate the website

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.

Automated decision‑making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of service provision under the contract and for direct marketing.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU.

 

5. Information in Forms

The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if entered.

The Service may store information about connection parameters (time, IP address).

In some cases, the Service may store information linking form data with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the email address may appear in the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in forms is processed according to the function of each form — e.g., handling service requests, business contact, service registration. The context and description of each form clearly indicate its purpose.

 

6. Administrator Logs

Information about user behavior in the Service may be logged. These data are used for website administration.

 

7. Important Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service — only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s device.
